We’re commissioned by the Home Office to deliver and design the compulsory training required by all Community Sponsorship groups who welcome some of the world’s most vulnerable refugees to the UK. We’ve also been delivering training to prepare sponsors to welcome through the Homes for Ukraine programme.
We’ve trained over 8,000 people across all our programmes and across the UK to be prepared to welcome newcomers to their neighbourhoods.
We understand the critical role that volunteers play in providing support and assistance to individuals and families who arrive in a new area, having been forced to leave their homes due to conflict or persecution. We are committed to empowering volunteers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively contribute to the resettlement and integration of refugees in their new communities.
All our sessions are flexible and can be tailored to the needs of your audience – most sessions can be delivered either in the form of a webinar or meeting, depending on the numbers of participants and the need. Sessions can range between 60 minutes and two hours in length and are all delivered online on Zoom.
